With a strong foundation in both clinical and administrative healthcare, Jonterica became a Registered Nurse in December 2023, strengthening her ability to bridge patient care with financial and operational performance.
She began her healthcare career at age 19 within a Fortune 500 inpatient behavioral health organization, where she quickly gained hands-on operational experience. By 2016, she advanced into a Business Office Manager role, overseeing more than $5 million in monthly receivables, improving collections, strengthening workflows, and driving revenue performance.
Jonterica also brings government-level compliance expertise through her work as a Healthcare Auditor for a state entity, where she evaluated regulatory adherence, identified risk, and supported audit readiness across healthcare systems.
